Kim is a former pharmaceutical biologist originally from Chicago. Her love for fitness began at an early age as a competitive gymnast. Since then, she has trained as a triathlete and achieved her 1st dan in Shotokan Karate. Making the jump from pharmaceuticals, she became an accredited personal trainer and yoga instructor.

Kim’s yoga stems from her love of science and sport. She is welcoming, motivational and teaches to everyone’s unique anatomy. Her classes are filled with the rhythm of breath as you flow into the next pose. You will always leave class with a bit more length, strength, and a sense of calm.

There are videos for Slow Flow, Power, Strength, and Stretch so if you can’t make a class you can still practice on your own time.

Yoga in the Park Book Now

Classes have ended for Fall 2020.

Location: Chiswick Common, Slow Flow Vinyasa, all levels welcome

  • Classes will start again Spring 2021

Yoga at the Hogarth Community Center

We’ll be moving inside the large spaces at the Hogarth Community Center to continue our yoga practice in the safest way we can. It’s £10 per class and you can book in advanced. Hogarth Community Centre

Tuesday Slow Vinyasa Flow Book Now

  • Tuesdays at 7:45 AM in the upstairs hall. Suitable for all levels. Please note this class has been recently changed. The booking system needs to catch up to classes all ready created. Start time for this class is 7:45 AM as of October 14th 2020 even if the booking system states 8 AM.

Sunday Slow Vinyasa Flow Book Now

  • Sundays at 9 AM in the downstairs hall. Suitable for all levels.

Power Vinyasa Flow Book Now

  • Tuesdays at 7 PM in the upstairs hall. A more advanced class incorporating strength moves.

Online Yoga Book Now

  • Saturdays at 9 AM. If you want to practice from home, this is a Yoga for Strength class for those of you with a strong yoga foundation.
